In barre get ready to feel like a ballerina. She does ballet moves, mixed with Pilates and yoga strength training. This is a full body workout. Feel the burn with lots of reps and low weight, targeting arms, back, chest, abs, thighs and booty.
Yoga is my favorite. She flows through yoga moves and link our breath with movement. Focus on balance, stretching, strength and mindfulness.
