We're competing in support of this year's nonprofit, The Holland Project, an all-ages arts and music initiative that empowers youth in Reno.
It’s the cornhole event of the damn year! Brewing Up Business invites 32 teams to compete for the crown at the 7th Annual Brewing Up Business Charity Cornhole Championship. Enjoy tasty drinks and scrumptious food from Lety's Tacos and play for prize money, or cheer on competitors as a Looky Loo.
All proceeds for this event are donated to this year's appointed nonprofit: The Holland Project
When: October 8th, 2025, doors open at 4:30 p.m. and bags start to fly at 5:30 p.m.
Where: The Holland Project |140 Vesta St, Reno, NV 89502 | Outside in the Gathering Area
RAIN OR SHINE: This is an outdoor event, regardless of weather. If it snows, it'll be remembered as the Snowbowl of Cornhole.
Ways to participate:
Join a team: Find a teammate (there’s food, booze and cornhole … shouldn’t be tough). Your entry fee includes two drinks and two 50-50 raffle tickets for each team member, and the chance for bragging rights as the Crowned Cornhole Champions of The World (aka Reno).
Team Entry Fee: $120 ($60 each) Teams of 2) Purchase by Sept 19th.
Team Rules / The This-and-Thats:

Creative team names and uniforms are HIGHLY encouraged--borderline mandatory.
Team entry fee includes two team members in a double elimination tournament.
Team entry fee includes 2 drink tickets per member.
Team entry fee includes 2 50-50 tickets.
Have fun, it’s cornhole.

Root your team on from the sidelines: Just want to be in the cheering section but still donate to the cause? Well, enjoy the food, drinks and games as a spectator! Includes one drink ticket one 50-50 raffle ticket.

50-50 Raffle:

This year, we're hosting a 50-50 raffle. 50% of the pot goes to the big winner, while the other 50% goes to our charitable recipient! And if you don't take home the 50/50, we will also have consilation raffle prizes up for grabs!

This year's recipient is The Holland Project, an all-ages arts and music initiative by young people, for young people. Holland strives to empower young people through access to music, art, diverse workshop opportunities, and community service and activism. Their music venue welcomes and supports music of all genres, as well as bands and artists from near and far. They strive to showcase awesome local acts of all ages and musical styles, and fantastic national and international touring acts as well. And of course, everything they do is always all-ages.
