the Western Shoshone People. This event will include a film screening of the short film, “Our Land, Our Life” (approx. 25 min), accompanied by a reading of the comic by author Myk Mendez, followed by a Q&A session.
Entry is donation-based, and all proceeds will benefit The Noowuh Knowledge Center (Learn More).
This event is for all ages. Seating will be limited to about 60 people, with additional room for standing. Please come on time if you desire a seat (doors at 6 pm). If you have any accessibility needs, you may also email alana@hollandreno.org for accommodations and info.
