This October, our Karma Class is especially close to our hearts. We’re coming together to support James Kapicka - @jameskapicka - a longtime teacher, Yin Yoga teacher trainer, and beloved member of the JBY community. Many of you may recognize James from the classes and trainings he’s shared with us over the years, including leading our Yin Yoga Teacher Training over the years.James is currently undergoing treatment for Stage IV colorectal cancer and has had to step away from most of his regular work. Throughout October, proceeds from our Wednesday night Karma Classes will go directly toward supporting James with the additional costs of his care and everyday living expenses.Every Wednesday at 6:30 PMSierra Rose$8 Karma ClassMove.
