Underworld Distillery

Underworld Distillery is a woman-owned craft distillery in Reno, Nevada, known for producing small-batch spirits and artisan cocktails. The distillery was built through a collaborative effort of family, friends, and the local community, and became the first International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) union distillery in 2022, providing strong benefits and wages for its employees. Its name and theme are inspired by Greek mythology and the idea that myths help people understand life, growth, and change. The founder, a skilled craftsman, electrician, and herbalist, designed and built the distilling equipment used to create the spirits, reflecting the company's focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and storytelling.
