Join us tomorrow morning for the first session of a shared meditation practice rooted in the spirit of Vipassana, the art of cultivating clear seeing and a deeper relationship with ourselves and life. We will meet each Wednesday from 8-9am at The Alchemy Space.This is a community of practitioners coming together to pause, turn inward, and nourish the inner conditions for greater awareness, compassion, and connection. We’ll sit together in silence and occasionally share recorded guided meditations, taking turns offering practices that inspire and support us.This is a peer-led circle rather than a class. There is no formal teacher, just a shared commitment to the practice and the wisdom that emerges when we create space for one another. From time to time, we may welcome guest teachers to enrich our exploration.Come as you are, bring your practice, and discover what can unfold when we cultivate presence in community.
