Truckee Community Theater

At Truckee Tahoe Theatre Company, we are dedicated to providing performing arts education that promotes life-long learning through stage productions, workshops, camps, and classes. Along with our incredible community partners, we offer comprehensive training in all aspects of the dramatic arts, including: Acting & directing Voice & dance Theater etiquette Stage management Costume & set design Lighting & sound design Production management Accessibility is central to our mission. We provide scholarships to youth in need, ensuring that every child whose eyes light up for the stage has the opportunity to perform. Our community has limited access to the dramatic arts, and we believe every child deserves the chance to explore this creative art form. Theater builds empathy, helps us understand different perspectives, and teaches essential life skills such as effective communication, active listening, and public speaking—all of which set our youth up for success in every aspect of their lives.
