Crankdat, whose real name is Christian Smith, is an American DJ and electronic dance music producer born on March 2, 1997. He is known for his energetic and melodic electronic dance music, often blending elements from various genres. Crankdat gained recognition for his remixes, including a popular remix of Fetty Wap's "Trap Queen". He has also released original tracks and collaborated with artists like Jauz. In addition to his music production, Crankdat designs his own live show visuals and album art. He even coined the term "Slaughter House" as a genre for his unique blend of electro-house and four-on-the-floor bass.
