Essential Yoga Postures Beginner Workshop

Hour Hatha based workshop that focuses on the essential postures of yoga, with specific attention to alignment and body awareness. Beginners will learn the building blocks of classic poses that appear across Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga, while developing strength, flexibility, and an understanding of their own unique alignment.
 
We’ll work through fundamental standing postures using alignment drills and props. These postures create the groundwork for progressing safely into more advanced asanas and help students learn to observe, adjust, and refine their own practice all in effort to inform the experience of the deeper essence of yoga.
 
This workshop is for designed for beginner yogis who want to learn the fundamental of yoga. Experienced yogis are welcomed as well to benefit from detailed alignment and structure, all to inform their practice on the mat.
