
Begin your year with a Mindfulness, Journaling and Yoga workshop to set your intentions for 2026. This workshop begins with drawing a card or stone for insight, followed by a quick meditation and a journal prompt to release what no longer serves and create space for the future. As you move through a gentle, slow flow, you’ll connect your body and mind. You’ll conclude with a second journaling prompt to manifest your path forward and seal your intentions. This workshop is for those who desire creating a year of aligned energy embraced by our YogaSix community.
