A Day of Wellness, Connection, and Insight
Breakfast, Registration, and Vendor Shopping begins at 8am - Event begins at 9am sharp.
This fall, women are invited to gather at a private luxury estate in Reno for a transformative day dedicated to health, growth, and connection. The Body • Mind • Soul Women’s Wellness Retreat will be the first event hosted at this newly opened private venue, making the experience as exclusive as it is inspiring.
The day opens with a sparkling mimosa breakfast, followed by a surprise keynote presentation to set an exciting tone for the program. From there, participants will move into expert-led sessions guided by physicians, specialists, and wellness professionals. These talks will explore vital topics in women’s health today—from hormone balance and stress management to preventive care and longevity—providing both knowledge and actionable strategies.
Midday, guests will enjoy a locally prepared healthy luncheon, served with a glass of wine and refreshing mocktail options. The afternoon continues with opportunities to discover vendors showcasing products and services aligned with the retreat’s mission of supporting women’s well-being. Throughout the day, attendees will connect, share experiences, and build lasting community.
The Body • Mind • Soul Women’s Wellness Retreat is presented by Empowered Ventures—the only national directory for women-owned businesses—continuing its mission of supporting women and helping them live healthier, more empowered lives.
