24 and are currently working on new music, drawing from influences across metalcore, shoegaze, visual kei, and even nu-metal. Their upcoming release — titled FINDING BEAUTY IN PAIN — channels deep personal emotion, inspired in part by vocalist Tyler Trejo’s family experiences.
Butchered (death-metal) — Butchered is a death metal band that emerged around 2022 and remains active today. They embrace brutal, gore-themed death metal, centered on horror and macabre lyrical themes. Originally from Costa Rica (per their Bandcamp profile), they produce raw, intense metal with a gritty independent spirit.
TRVSHBXVT — TRVSHBXVT is an experimental music project based in Truckee, California, blending genres such as break-core, vaporwave, hip-hop, noise, and hardcore. Their output includes a variety of releases (singles, EPs), with the most recent being the November 2025 EP Untitled 135 BPM House EP. With a DIY / underground ethos, TRVSHBXVT seems to thrive on genre-blending and experimental sounds rather than fitting into a conventional metal-band mold.

The duo produced the album in its entirety, with the exception of Mac DeMarco, featured on “The Only Way I Know How.”
As the frontwoman of the pioneering band Vivian Girls, she inspired many aspiring musicians and left a significant and long-lasting impact on the music world. In 2009, she also formed the indie band The Babies with Kevin Morby. Her steadfast dedication to music and extensive touring solidified her position in the music industry.
In 2014, Cassie released her solo debut album, The Time Has Come is a psychedelic folk album she recorded and produced. The album, with Ariel Pink on bass, showcases her unique and introspective lyrics and haunting melodies. She then released Christmas in Reno in 2015, featuring a melancholy take on ten definitive Christmas songs.
