
No childcare? No problem. Join first-time mom and certified pre and postnatal exercise specialist Alex and her 4 month old baby for a 45 minute sculpt class with your baby in tow. This class is designed to embrace movement and motherhood, because when you feel your best, your little ones feel it too. Class will begin with a baby-wearing warm up, followed by low-impact strength training to tone your arms, glutes, and legs. We’ll then head down to the mat for core and Pilates-inspired movements, finishing with a deep stretch and warm cuddles.
 
Baby-wearing is encouraged, but not required. Let’s bond through the chaos, together! 🍼🧸💪🏼✨
