Be part of our very first Mindfulness workshop, “Eye Love You” where art meets self-love. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your very own laminated eye collage, an intentional piece to place on your mirror as a daily reminder of your worth.
Upon guidance from our teaching artist, Anne Hunter @anne_g_hunter , explore the impact of self-talk, and through guided reflection and collage-making, and then craft a piece that speaks to your soul and supports your personal journey.
This class is open to all skill levels, ages 14 and up, and all materials are provided.
