The course is a flat, fast 8K through scenic and historic old southwest Reno with the start/finish lines at Reno High School.

Rock & Relax weaves crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments with the energy of iconic rock music, reimagined in a meditative, melodic flow. Expect a soulful journey through sound that soothes your nervous system while awakening something deeper within.
✨ Please note: This event is not held in a yoga studio, so come prepared to create your own cozy setup. We recommend bringing:
A yoga mat or towel
A blanket
A pillow and/or bolster
An eye mask or anything else that helps you fully relax
You’ll be lying down for most of the experience, so your comfort is key. Feel free to bring whatever helps you settle in and soften.
No experience with sound baths (or rock music!) is necessary. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and your cozy gear.

Thomas Hauser’s musical journey began in his childhood with accordion and keyboard lessons, later expanding his repertoire to include the guitar. During his time in various bands of different genres, he early on discovered his passion for solitude in the studio, where the foundations for his later project SINE were laid.
