lesshton James. Formed in 2011, the duo originally started as a hardcore pop-punk band during their high school years but transitioned to EDM after growing tired of the pop-punk sound. Their breakthrough came with a viral dubstep remix of "Daisy" by Brand New, which gained traction on Hype Machine, an MP3 blog aggregator. Known for their melodic dubstep style, Adventure Club's signature sound features high-pitched female vocals, electronic hooks, and heavy bass drops. They draw influences from artists like Tiësto, Flux Pavilion, Greeley Estates, Bring Me the Horizon, and Skrillex.

In this hands-on darkroom workshop you’ll learn techniques of composition and exposure while experimenting with various objects to produce your own original photograms. All experience levels welcome and participants will also receive a free voucher to come back and use the Community Darkroom during open lab hours.
This workshop is part of the Holland Project Community Darkroom Pop-up taking place inside of Laika Press at 136 Vesta St, Reno, NV (located next door to Holland).
