Subtronics, whose real name is Jesse Kardon, is a Philadelphia-based DJ and producer known for his heavy bass and distinctive dubstep sound. He gained prominence through his “Now That’s What I Call Riddim” mixtape series and collaborations with artists like GRiZ (on the hit track “Griztronics”) and Boogie T. Subtronics’s music is released on various labels, including his own, Cyclops Recordings, as well as Never Say Die and Deadbeats. He has also headlined major festivals like Ultra Music Festival, Lollapalooza, and Bonnaroo.
