Join me on the Winter Solstice for Candlelight Chill, a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga class. 🕯️ Surrounded by candlelight, we will move through gentle, fully supported restorative postures that encourage stillness and grounding, allowing the body and nervous system to rest. ✨ Open to all levels - no prior yoga experience needed.
