Our expert guests from Fleischmann Planetarium will guide you through an immersive experience—highlighting constellations, unveiling deep sky objects, and sharing the stories of the stars.
 
Bring your family and friends to marvel at celestial wonders through telescopes provided at the event. Whether you're a seasoned astronomer or just curious about the night sky, our Summer Stargazing Events promise an unforgettable evening under the stars.
 Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance.
 Your Stargazing ticket includes daytime admission to Animal Ark on the same date.
 Please note: The Stargazing event takes place in our amphitheater. The rest of the park will be closed in the evening, but our Visitor Center will be open. Come back in August for our special nighttime tours of the full park! 

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life event is celebrating it's 40th year of fundraising for cancer research. Our Relay For Life of Northern Nevada will be Saturday August 16 at Idylwild Park Softball field #3. Vendor space is $50 and we ask that you stay at least 4 hours but are welcomed to stay the whole day. Please let us know what 4 hours you will attend.**If you donate a raffle prize worth about $20, your vendor space is $30**We are looking for Vendors, Food trucks and groups that would like to perform for 20 -25 minutes. RBL PosseRBL Posse (Ruthless by Law) is a pioneering rap group from San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood, known for their gritty, street-centered West Coast sound.
