Inspired by the success of April's Walk for Peace (Bougez pour la Paix), the Alliance Française de Reno is organizing a series of casual walks (Randonnée) for all ages and fitness levels. These hikes will take place in our beautiful surrounding areas, promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering community spirit.

It's our first evening event of the summer! With hotter weather, its officially time to move our clean ups of our Gear Hut adopted park to sunset! And what better a day to do it than Father's Day?
 
We'll be hitting the trail at 6:30pm to clean up trash, parking lots, fence lines, pick up dog poop and work on other maintenance and weeding projects!
 
After about an hour of work, we'll kick back with some snacks and drinks to enjoy the sunset!
 
Events are kid and leashed dog friendly!
 
All clean up supplies/gloves/pickers are provided by KTMB! Just bring water for yourself!

Gear Hut is teaming up with KTMB and Washoe County's Regional Parks and Open Spaces for a volunteer evening!
Come join us for a fun evening of trail work at Hidden Valley Regional Park!
We will be working to decommission, reconstruct and build new trails in the park. Please be sure to wear closed toed shoes, long sleeves and pants.
